Organic solar cells (OSCs) have recently reached a remarkably high efficiency and become a promising technology for commercial application. However, OSCs with top efficiency are mostly processed by halogenated solvents and with additives that are not environmentally friendly, which hinders large-scale manufacture. In this study, high-performance tandem OSCs, based on polymer donors and two small-molecule acceptors with different bandgaps, are fabricated by solution processing with non-halogenated solvents without additive. Importantly, the two active layers developed from non-halogenated solvents show better phase segregation and charge transport properties, leading to superior performance than halogenated ones. As a result, a tandem OSC with high efficiency of up to 16.67% is obtained, showing unique advantages in future massive production.  相似文献

The deterministic and probabilistic prediction of ship motion is important for safe navigation and stable real-time operational control of ships at sea. However, the volatility and randomness of ship motion, the non-adaptive nature of single predictors and the poor coverage of quantile regression pose serious challenges to uncertainty prediction, making research in this field limited. In this paper, a multi-predictor integration model based on hybrid data preprocessing, reinforcement learning and improved quantile regression neural network (QRNN) is proposed to explore the deterministic and probabilistic prediction of ship pitch motion. To validate the performance of the proposed multi-predictor integrated prediction model, an experimental study is conducted with three sets of actual ship longitudinal motions during sea trials in the South China Sea. The experimental results indicate that the root mean square errors (RMSEs) of the proposed model of deterministic prediction are 0.0254°, 0.0359°, and 0.0188°, respectively. Taking series #2 as an example, the prediction interval coverage probabilities (PICPs) of the proposed model of probability predictions at 90%, 95%, and 99% confidence levels (CLs) are 0.9400, 0.9800, and 1.0000, respectively. This study signifies that the proposed model can provide trusted deterministic predictions and can effectively quantify the uncertainty of ship pitch motion, which has the potential to provide practical support for ship early warning systems.  相似文献

In this work, adsorption of H2 molecules on heteroborospherene C2v C4B32 decorated by alkali atoms (Li) is studied by density functional theory calculations. The interaction between Li atoms and C4B32 is found to be strong, so that it prevents agglomeration of the former. An introduced hydrogen molecule tilts toward the Li atoms and is stably adsorbed on C4B32. It is obtained that Li4C4B32 can store up to 12H2 molecules with hydrogen uptake capacity of 5.425 wt% and average adsorption energy of ?0.240 eV per H2. Dynamics simulation results show that 6H2 molecules can be successfully released at 300 K. Obtained results demonstrate that Li decorated C4B32 is a promising material for reversible hydrogen storage.  相似文献

Recent generative adversarial networks (GANs) have yielded remarkable performance in face image synthesis. GAN inversion embeds an image into the latent space of a pretrained generator, enabling it to be used for real face manipulation. However, current inversion approaches for real faces suffer the dilemma of initialization collapse and identity loss. In this paper, we propose a hierarchical GAN inversion for real faces with identity preservation based on mutual information maximization. We first use a facial domain guaranteed initialization to avoid the initialization collapse. Furthermore, we prove that maximizing the mutual information between inverted faces and their identities is equivalent to minimizing the distance between identity features from inverted and original faces. Optimization for real face inversion with identity preservation is implemented on this mutual information-maximizing constraint. Extensive experimental results show that our approach outperforms state-of-the-art solutions for inverting and editing real faces, particularly in terms of face identity preservation.  相似文献

In this work, Zn-Ni co-modified LiMg0.9Zn0.1-xNixPO4 (x = 0–0.1) microwave dielectric ceramics were fabricated using a solid state synthesis route. Rietveld refinement of the XRD data revealed that all ceramic samples have formed a single phase with olivine structure. SEM images showed that the samples have a dense microstructure, that agrees with the measured relative density of 97.73 %. Based on the complex chemical bond theory, Raman and infrared reflectance spectra, we postulate that εr is mainly affected by the ionic polarizability, lattice and bond energy, while P-O bond plays a decisive role in Q×f and τf value. Optimum properties of Q×f ~ 153,500 GHz, εr ~ 7.13 and τf ~ ?59 ppm/°C were achieved for the composition LiMg0.9Zn0.06Ni0.04PO4 sintered at 875 ℃ for 2 h. This set of properties makes these ceramics an excellent candidate for LTCC, wave-guide filters and antennas for 5 G/6 G communication applications.  相似文献

A novel Ba16ZrNb12O48 ceramic is synthesized by a solid-state sintering method. The phase composition, microstructure, infrared reflectivity spectrum and microwave dielectric properties of Ba16ZrNb12O48 ceramic sintered at 1400−1500℃ are investigated. The differential scanning calorimetry and X-ray diffraction analysis indicate that Ba16ZrNb12O48 crystallizes in the hexagonal perovskite structure with space group R-3 m at 1250℃. As the temperature increases, the permittivity and Q × f value exhibit a strong relevance to the relative density. The satisfactory microwave dielectric properties of εr = 36.85, Q × f = 57,000 GHz (at f = 6.50 GHz), and τf = 48 ppm/℃ are obtained when the specimen is sintered at 1450℃, which renders Ba16ZrNb12O48 a potential candidate for microwave electronic devices.  相似文献

Optimization of materials exhibiting high-temperature superconductivity for producing controllable nano-devices is crucial for industrial applications. Herein we report a comprehensive study of the diffusion process between YBa2Cu3O7−δ (YBCO) and iron particles. Fe diffusion into the YBCO matrix could be fundamental for multilayer systems with YBCO/Fe-alloy interfaces. We have found that the orthorhombic YBCO structure adopts to 3 wt% Fe, while for higher Fe content, a formation of BaFeO3−δ and iron oxides was observed. Complementary measurements confirmed the strong superconductivity suppression in YBCO-Fe materials containing more than 7 wt% Fe. The YBCO with diffused Fe material retain the unit cell orthorhombicity (max. 3 wt% Fe), and their superconducting properties follow the principle of critical scaling with different exponents (γ). The critical current density (Jc), pinning fields (HP) exhibit γ = 1, the first critical field (Hc1) shows γ = 1/2, and critical temperature (Tc) demonstrates γ = 7/4.  相似文献

Friction is a common clean energy and can be harvested and converted into electricity energy via triboelectricity, which can electrochemically drive dye decomposition in theory. In this work, the tribocatalytic Rhodamine B dye decomposition has been experimentally realized in strontium titanate (SrTiO3) nanofibers, which are synthesized via a hydrothermal method. In the tribocatalytic dye decomposition process, the friction is exerted in the interface between catalyst surface and a polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) Teflon rod setup with the different stirring speed. The RhB dye decomposition ratios of SrTiO3 nanofibers at these stirring speeds of 200 rpm, 400 rpm, 600 rpm, and 800 rpm are respectively 24.2%, 51.8%, 73.9% and 88.6%, yielding to these reaction rate constants of ~0.0112 h?1, ~0.0260 h?1, ~0.0562 h?1 and ~0.0877 h?1. The main active species, which play an important role in tribocatalytic process, are the superoxide radicals and holes on basis of the active species quenching experiment results. The excellent tribocatalysis activity makes SrTiO3 nanofibers potential for application in dye wastewater treatment through utilizing the environmental friction energy.  相似文献
